The loud music coming from the pool area was a real inconvenience as my wife’s and I sleep were jet lagged and couldn’t get any shut eye from late morning till late afternoon.we’ve specifically requested a quiet room when we booked but our comment was ignored

breakfast is so bad the food quality is very bad, even the fruit are old, juices are very bad taste, boiled eggs are very bad and over cooked that can make people sick where you can find blackness in the boiled egg. every single item tasted so bad

food need to be cooked with care, with a good quality of food and good service. We kept waiting for napkins, food spoons and fork. it was the worst food experience ever

A pleasant stay in Marrakech!

Wazo hotel was better than I thought it was going to be. Very clean and spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and lovely grounds with lots of activities by the pool during the day and in the garden in the evening. There were lots of options at the buffet breakfast and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room or things like an Iron which you had to call for. Also, the bees/ wasps outside at breakfast! I think this needs to be checked out as they were too much, meaning there could be a nest somewhere close. It wouldn’t be nice to be stung

A nice hotel spot, preferably for families than couples.

I enjoyed the presence of the crew at the pool. They were energetic, friendly and warm. They interacted well with the guest and they provided a superb experience.

The hotel was quite far from Gueliz and Medina. Also, all the taxi prices outside the hotel were more considerably more than the average price.

I recommend. The hotel is located in the new city or new area of the city of Marrakech. Beautiful building in good condition. Ideal for a family holiday or with friends. The hotel has several activities in the pool area and the evening after dinner is always lively. Special thanks to the animation group (Horlane, NOHAILA, Morgan, HAMZA, Ladine, AND chief Sidibé) for their excellent work and friendliness. We became known to them as the "Tugas", these were days to remember later. In fact, I leave photos attached that show our happiness with them. The breakfast and dinner buffet was diversified and changed things every day, it should be noted that drinks at dinner and lunch are always charged separately. To conclude, cleaning was always done daily, the hotel offers exchange of money from euros to local money. I would like to thank all the employees who were always available for the requests we made to them. Thank you to Waso hotel for an incredible week of vacation.

Briefly, every thing was very good.

The hotel is good for those who prefer to spend time at the swimming pool and hang out for the rest of the day and night. There is a supermarket which is open 24/24 so you don t have to worry about last-minute groceries. My sister and I liked how every thing was veryyy clean. The room was well equipped and it was ready in time. The staff was friendly, ready to help and available all the time.

For those who don’t have a car, It’s a bit far from the center so transportation is always needed. The parking is always full, especially when you come back a bit late. The bed in our twin room was a bit small.

Nice and enjoyable stay.

It is really nice, good entertainers at the pool, the hotel is well designed.

The cleanliness. Our room was cleaned, and we had to wait for 2 hours til we got clean towels.

Peaceful relaxing stay enjoyed it

The staff especially we’re very nice and friendly and the service was good especially salma who was one of the cleaning staff she did a great job of maintaining the room and went above and beyond when not necessary to do her job. So kudos to her she is very much appreciated. Also staff at reception was nice and friendly

Lack of iron and kettle in the room. Sometimes it took a long time for an iron to be brought up to the room, sometimes it didn’t arrive at all.

Great value, highly recommend!

Great value for the money. Location is great if you have a car, 10-15min drive to centrum. Great parking opportunities. A quiet neighborhood. The staff is also friendly. You have a small shop just by, for drinks and snacks. We didn’t try the spa as the menus was not in English, but the impression was that it’s a good spa. Balcony with a view of the pool side, unfortunately too freezing to dip as it’s not heated. The owner is also nice, he gave us his Nr so we could contact him if any need.

They forgot to mention the free parking the hotel offered. We paid everyday to the parking guards, and the last day the receptionist told us about the free parking. Breakfast is ok, the only good thing was the chef making your eggs of choice.

Nice rooms. But no room service. Unlogical reason for it. Hundred thousand hotels they have room service at least water heaters at rooms. Just because 8fbthis I bought a kettle for myself to drink a coffe in the room. Zero support

very good value for money staying in hotel, staff always polite and helpful, big buffet breakfast

Huge, family room, double bed and two sofa beds that were very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price paid and was a buffet continental breakfast, tea/coffe, juices, large selection of pastries, scrambled eggs, toast, fruits, all waiting staff very polite at all times. Currency exchange is across the road, and mini shop and taxi stand. All hotel staff always polite and helpful. We arranged a tour via hotel tour guide to Oureka Valley and visit to a Berber Village, fantastic day. Also tried the buffet dinner on one eveing, but had to pay as we didn't book it with the room. Cost of buffet dinner came to 140MAD per person. The food was all made to the highest standards, meat dishes, large selection of salads, soup, amazing desserts, really enjoyable

Maybe in Dec was colder than we liked, but its ok, not hotel fault.
